Making time for gratitude has been a great way for me to stay positive through stressful times. Comment three things you are grateful for today. Mine are groceries, sunshine and good health!

Absolutely. I do this every day, and often with my team at work. So grateful for sunshine, a good cup of coffee in the am, and taking a bath at night (which I never was able to do before quaratine).

Today my gratitude list includes: my morning walk with my dog, the sunshine and a good talk with my mom.
