#2 I had a set back last night...after a set back last weekend. I beat myself up, start recalling ALL the issues alcohol has caused in my life whuch makes it even worse. So, I just try to reframe my thoughts.. telling myself I cannot undo or redo the past but I can certainly change my future... somehow. I remind myself I’m trying somewhat harder as time passes, reflecting on triggers and 2 months into therapy. So that is progress even if I do have setbacks. I pray ALOT too,.. even though I’m terrible at being Christian I know God is with me in this.
