Yes! I reference these a lot in my romantic life, but I know there's applicability in other relationships.
I love this framework because it portrays love - accurately, in my opinion - as a verb/an action.

Completely agree! I also know it's super common that people assume they should give love the way they want to receive it, which can lead to false assumptions, and us not getting what we need. I haven't read the entire book yet, but I'm eager to!
